It uses a halogen-filled quartz tube to create that signature 3D flame-like heat. The result? A steady, powerful radiant output that’s perfect for the tough demands of industrial and commercial heating.
The Tech, Without the Tech-Speak
Here’s the thing about its power. It’s designed to give you serious heat density without demanding more from your electrical setup than it needs. Most versions run on 400V at 2500W, which is a seriously high wattage for such a small package. The tube itself is typically 300mm long, keeping the whole unit compact while still throwing a useful heating zone. You get a ton of heat from a tiny footprint. But, and this is key, that power also means the surrounding parts and controls have to handle a lot of heat. So, you’ll want to plan your cooling and clearances with that in mind.
What It’s Made Of
The heart of it all is the halogen-filled quartz tube. We went with quartz because it can take the heat—and it stays optically clear, which is crucial for that stable infrared output. The halogen cycle does a great job of keeping the filament clean, which prevents blackening and helps the heater maintain its output over time. The tube itself has a special coating, too, which fine-tunes the heat emission and protects the element inside. And for hooking it up? It uses a standard R7s connector. That makes it a simple, straightforward drop-in replacement for existing fixtures. You wire it in fast, and the connection stays solid, even as things heat up and cool down.

This heater was born for industrial jobs where you need heat, and you need it fast. The kind of environments where parts get hammered, but still need quick, reliable heating, time after time. Because it’s so compact, it slides easily into machines and enclosures. The trade-off for all that power? You have to manage the heat.
